Paid Service Terms

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version prevails.
These terms apply when you upgrade, register for, or use the paid service plans (Pro, Business) of 1Go.vn. These terms supplement the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Scope and seller

These terms apply when you purchase or renew a paid service plan on 1Go.vn. The seller of the service is Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Công nghệ KDIGI (address: Số 69 đường 8C2, KDC Hưng Phú 1, Phường Hưng Phú, Quận Cái Răng, TP. Cần Thơ). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Use regarding payment matters and plan benefits, these Terms prevail.

2. Service plans and benefits

  1. The Free plan is the basic free plan, with no third-party advertising. The Pro and Business plans are paid plans that provide additional advanced features and expanded usage limits (custom domains, number of bio pages, sales blocks, increased image and file storage).
  2. Details of the features and limits of each plan are published publicly on the pricing page and in the plan management section of the application.
  3. Each workspace may have only one plan in effect at any given time, namely the highest applicable plan.

3. Service prices and value-added tax

  1. Prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND), shown in detail on the pricing page and on each payment invoice. Prices include value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with current law.
  2. The service is prepaid in terms of 1 month, 6 months or 12 months. Longer terms receive preferential pricing in accordance with the published price list.
  3. The payment amount is calculated automatically by the system at the time the invoice is created, including the application of any valid discount code (if applicable). A created invoice keeps the same payment amount for the entire validity period of the invoice.
  4. Price change notice: Any change to the paid service price list will be notified at least 20 days in advance by email to the workspace owner and published publicly before it applies to subsequent renewal terms.

4. Terms, renewal and no automatic charging

  1. The plan term starts from the time the system records a successful payment, or continues the term of the current plan if you renew before it expires.
  2. No automatic charging: We do not store bank card information and never automatically deduct money from your account. All renewal payments are made by you on your own initiative by scanning a VietQR code or making a bank transfer.
  3. The system sends renewal reminder emails before expiry (7 days before, 1 day before and on the expiry date).
  4. After the expiry date, the workspace has a 7-day grace period. During the grace period, all features and benefits of the plan remain available as normal.

5. When a paid plan expires

If you do not renew by the end of the grace period, the workspace automatically reverts to the Free plan. We are committed to protecting your data:

  • Short links already created continue to redirect normally.
  • Bio pages that exceed the Free plan limits are temporarily moved to a pending-publication state (they are not deleted). You can still view the draft, edit it and export data at any time. When you renew the plan, the page is republished automatically.
  • Images and media files exceeding the storage limit continue to be stored and served, but you cannot upload new files until you upgrade the plan or free up storage.

6. Upgrading, downgrading and changing terms

  1. Mid-term upgrade: You only pay the difference in price between the two plans, calculated on the actual remaining days of the current term. The benefits of the new plan take effect as soon as the payment is recorded.
  2. Downgrade: A downgrade request takes effect at the end of the current prepaid term. We do not refund the difference for the unused period when you voluntarily downgrade mid-term.

7. Discount codes and vouchers

Discount codes issued by 1Go.vn may be limited by plan, term, number of uses, expiry date or email. A code is applied when the invoice is created; vouchers granting plan time cannot be converted into money. We may revoke codes that are abused; invoices to which a code has already been applied remain unchanged.

8. Electronic invoices

We issue electronic invoices for paid amounts in accordance with the law. You must provide an accurate name, tax code, address and invoice-receiving email before payment. Issued invoices may only be adjusted or replaced in accordance with the law.

9. Changes to prices and terms

Adverse changes to prices, features or terms are notified in the application and by email at least 20 days beforehand; they apply only to renewal terms beginning after the effective date. Paid terms and created invoices remain unchanged. You may choose not to renew; no money is automatically deducted.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a workspace that violates the Terms of Use or the Acceptable Use Policy. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy; amounts paid may not be refunded upon termination for serious violations, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Record retention

Invoices, payment transactions and transaction records are retained for the period required by accounting and tax law (expected to be 10 years, to be confirmed by a lawyer/accountant), including after the workspace is deleted.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints about payments, invoices or the service should be sent to [email protected], stating the invoice or transaction code. A separate complaints channel and response deadlines must be confirmed by the owner/counsel before payments are opened. Disputes are resolved in accordance with section 14 of the Terms of Use.
