Refund Policy

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version prevails.
This policy sets out the cases in which refunds are granted, the refund request process and your rights regarding data when you stop using a paid service plan of 1Go.vn. This policy supplements the Paid service terms.

1. Refund principles

  1. Paid service plans on 1Go.vn are prepaid digital technology services, and usage entitlements are granted immediately after the system records a successful payment. The service does not use an automatic deduction mechanism, so no unintended deductions arise.
  2. All refunds are received and carefully reviewed by authorised staff and carried out by manual bank transfer; the system does not automatically transfer money back to your account.
  3. Every refund operation is recorded transparently in the accounting transaction ledger and the system audit log.

2. Cases eligible for a refund

We refund all or part of the amount paid in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate or excess payment: You transfer money several times for the same invoice, or transfer an amount greater than the amount stated on the invoice. The duplicated or excess amount will be refunded in full after you submit a request together with your account details and a reconciliation receipt.
  2. Transfer to a closed invoice or to incorrect information: A transfer that does not match an invoice, or that is made to an expired invoice, and that you do not wish to use to create a new plan, will be refunded in full.
  3. Underpayment: An underpayment where the invoice has expired and you do not top up the remaining amount will be refunded.
  4. Prolonged technical incident on 1Go's side: Where the service suffers a serious, prolonged technical failure caused by a system fault that we cannot fix within a reasonable time, you will be refunded for the corresponding period of interruption or credited with an equivalent period of use as agreed.

3. Cases not eligible for a refund

We do not grant refunds in the following cases:

  1. Amounts corresponding to the time already used where you voluntarily stop using the service or downgrade your plan before the end of the prepaid term.
  2. A workspace or account that is suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Use or the Acceptable Use Policy (for example: distributing malware, fraud, impersonation).
  3. Transfer fees or transaction fees charged by your own bank.
  4. Service plans granted free of charge through gift codes, promotional vouchers or non-commercial arrangements.

4. Refund request process and timing

  1. To request a refund, the workspace owner sends an email from the email address registered to the account to [email protected] with the subject "Refund request" ("Yêu cầu hoàn tiền"), including: the invoice number, the bank transaction number, a screenshot of the transfer receipt, the reason for the refund and the beneficiary bank account details (bank name, account number, account holder name).
  2. We acknowledge, reconcile and respond in writing within 3 business days.
  3. The refund will be transferred directly from Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Công nghệ KDIGI's bank account to your bank account within 7 business days from the date the request is approved.
  4. Issued electronic value-added tax invoices will be adjusted or cancelled in accordance with the law on invoice and document management.

5. Data upon termination of a service plan

When you stop using a paid plan or request a refund that ends the plan, all of your data on 1Go.vn is protected in accordance with the commitments in the Platform commitments. We do not delete your data, we do not break active shortened links, and you always have the right to download a copy of your entire bio page, links and images at any time.
