1. Commitment to No Third-Party Advertising (Decision D16)

We are committed to preserving a streamlined, fast, and user-respecting experience:

  • No display advertising: We do not insert advertising banners, interstitial ads, pop-ups, or any form of third-party ad network advertising on bio pages, including on the Free plan.
  • No tracking scripts: Bio pages do not load any behavioral tracking script code, third-party analytics code, or advertising cookies from large technology corporations. You can independently verify this through the page's Content Security Policy (CSP) security header: the script-src value absolutely does not point to any external advertising domain.
  • Sole platform mark: On free bio pages, the platform places only one line of text or a small link in the footer to introduce the technology, and users can remove this mark entirely when upgrading to a paid plan.

2. Commitment to Ownership and Comprehensive Data Export (Decision D11)

We believe that your data belongs to you. You are never locked into the platform:

  • Export data at any time: Users on all plans (including the Free plan) can request an export of all their data at any time through the dashboard, API, or command-line tool (CLI).
  • Open and complete format: The export package includes a ZIP archive containing the entire bio page configuration (JSON), a fully rendered HTML page so you can archive it or upload it to your own server, all original images and media files you uploaded, and a list of shortened links and form data.
  • Fast processing time: Data export requests are generated automatically and a secure, time-limited download link is issued for you to store locally.

3. Commitment to Service Shutdown Notice Period (Shutdown Guarantee)

In the event of force majeure or if the business decides to stop providing the 1Go.vn service in the future, we commit to fully fulfilling our user protection obligations:

  • Notice at least 90 days in advance: We will send official notice by email to all account owners and publicly announce it on the website at least 90 days before the official date for ceasing to accept new registrations or edits.
  • Maintain bio pages and links for at least 6 months from notice: Published bio pages and shortened links will continue to be maintained online for at least 6 months from the date the notice is sent, even if the 90-day advance notice period ends within that period.

4. Privacy and Metrics Transparency

  • We do not sell your data or visitor data to any third party.
  • Performance and latency metrics are published truthfully on the speed page and system status page, without marketing claims that misrepresent actual measurement results.
