1. VietQR bank transfer payment method

  1. 1Go.vn uses a single payment method: domestic bank transfer in Vietnamese Dong (VND) by scanning a standard VietQR code or manually entering transfer details.
  2. We do not store bank card information, do not store your banking service password, and never automatically debit funds. All transfer transactions are initiated and confirmed directly by you from your banking app.
  3. The official beneficiary account is owned by Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Công nghệ KDIGI and is clearly displayed on the payment invoice screen in the app. You must transfer money only to the correct account displayed in the app.1go.vn application.

2. Payment invoices and transfer reference codes

  1. You create a payment request in the "Packages and payments" section of the app: select the service package, term (1, 6, or 12 months), and apply a valid discount code if available.
  2. Each invoice is issued a unique transfer reference code (in the form of an OGO prefix followed by an identification string). When you scan the VietQR code, the banking app will automatically fill in the exact amount and this reference code.
  3. A new payment invoice is valid for 72 hours from creation. An automatic renewal invoice is valid until the end of the grace period. When the validity period expires, the invoice closes and you need to create a new invoice if you want to continue payment.

3. Recording and package activation time

  1. The system integrates automatic reconciliation of balance-change notifications. Usually, within just a few minutes after you complete a successful transfer, the invoice is automatically changed to "Paid" status and the service package is activated immediately.
  2. At the same time, the system sends a payment success confirmation email and an electronic receipt to the workspace administrator email address.
  3. If the package has not been activated 1 hour after the bank reports a successful transfer, please contact support with a screenshot of the transfer receipt so it can be checked and activated manually.

4. Handling underpayments, overpayments, or incorrect references

  1. Underpayment: The transferred amount is temporarily recorded against the invoice. You need to transfer the remaining amount with the same reference code before the invoice expires. The service package is activated only when the total transferred amount equals or exceeds the invoice amount.
  2. Overpayment: The invoice is paid in full and the package is activated immediately. The excess transfer amount is recorded but is not automatically refunded; you need to request a refund under the Refund Policy.
  3. Incorrect reference or transfer to a closed invoice: Transactions that cannot be automatically reconciled are moved to a manual processing queue. Please contact support with the transfer receipt; an administrator will check, verify, and assign the amount to a new invoice for you or issue a refund.

5. Electronic value-added tax invoices

We issue lawful electronic invoices for all payments in accordance with current regulations. To receive an electronic invoice for your business, please enter the full company name, tax code, and accurate address in the invoice information section before transferring.
