Creator Policy

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version prevails.
This policy applies to the commercial features, donation receipt, digital product sales, appointment booking, and information collection forms on 1Go.vn bio pages. This policy is part of the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Nature of the service and legal status (Decree 52/2024/ND-CP (Nghị định 52/2024/NĐ-CP))

1Go.vn is purely a software technology and server hosting platform. When you use the commercial features on your bio page:

  • The creator is the seller and the data controller: You are the party directly selling products, providing services, or receiving contributions, and you bear full responsibility before the law and your customers.
  • 1Go is not a payment intermediary: 1Go never holds funds, does not pool funds, does not split payment flows (split payment), does not process refunds, and does not issue payment documents in place of a bank under Decree 52/2024/ND-CP.
  • No claim that "1Go confirms payment": The platform does not confirm or guarantee the quality of the seller's goods or services. You must not promote or misleadingly suggest that 1Go guarantees the transaction.
  • 0% platform fee: 1Go does not charge any percentage commission fee on your sales revenue or donation amounts. You only pay the software service plan fee (if any) and the transaction fees of the payment gateway you integrate yourself.

2. Direct payments and creator accounts

  • VietQR donation block: Customers scan the VietQR code to transfer directly from their banking app to your bank account. The account holder name and account number displayed on the QR code are the account details of you or your organization.
  • Payment gateway integration (payOS, SePay): Customers pay through the connection configuration that you set up yourself using your own API key issued by the payment gateway. Funds are transferred directly from the payment gateway to your bank account. 1Go does not have access to your account balance.
  • Complaint handling and refunds: You handle all disputes, refunds, or returns directly with the buyer. 1Go does not intervene and is not responsible for reimbursement claims between the two parties.

3. Tax obligations and electronic invoices (Law 122/2025/QH15 (Luật 122/2025/QH15))

  • Issuing invoices to buyers: Under the Law on Tax Administration (Luật Quản lý thuế) and Law 122/2025/QH15, the seller (creator) is fully responsible for declaring revenue, meeting tax payment obligations, and issuing lawful electronic invoices to buyers when selling goods, digital services, or appointment bookings.
  • 1Go issues invoices only for software fees: 1Go issues electronic value-added tax invoices only for the service plan fees (Pro/Business) that you pay to 1Go, and does not issue invoices for your sales transactions with end customers.

4. Prohibited goods and services

Creators must not use commercial blocks, booking features, or forms to offer for sale, raise funds for, or distribute:

  1. Counterfeit goods, replica goods, goods infringing intellectual property rights;
  2. Weapons, explosives and flammable substances, toxic substances, fireworks of all kinds;
  3. Electronic cigarettes, narcotics, stimulant precursors;
  4. Gambling, betting, number games, and fortune-telling services of a superstitious nature;
  5. Courses or advisory services on illegal financial investment, securities, or currency;
  6. Pornographic or obscene content, or illegal purchase and sale of personal information.

Bio pages that violate the above regulations will be removed immediately, and the case will be referred to the competent authorities where necessary.

5. Personal data protection (PDP) responsibility for forms and orders

When collecting information from interested persons through lead forms or receiving order information:

  • Explicit consent: The checkbox consenting to the data processing policy must never be pre-ticked. Customers must tick it themselves.
  • Clear purpose: You must clearly state the purpose of collecting the information (for example, service consultation, sending documents, order confirmation). You may not use the collected information for other purposes without the user's consent.
  • Privacy policy link: All forms must link to your privacy notice or the privacy notice template below.
  • Right to delete data: When users request deletion of their information, you are responsible for deleting that information from your customer list.

Creators may use the template below verbatim or adapt it for publication on their bio page:

The information is processed securely on the 1Go.vn platform and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the bio page owner directly using the contact information published on the page.
