1. Scope

This policy applies to all users, workspaces, shortened links, QR codes, custom domains, API keys, command-line tools (CLI), and automated tools or AI assistants that connect to 1Go.vn via the API or MCP.

You are responsible for every destination address that you place behind a 1Go.vn link. We do not permit the service to be used to harm visitors, third parties, or the platform itself.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not use 1Go.vn to create, distribute, or direct visitors to:

  1. Phishing: fake pages of banks, e-wallets, government agencies, or other services intended to obtain login credentials, payment data, or personal data.
  2. Impersonation: impersonating an individual, organization, brand, or 1Go.vn.
  3. Malware and unwanted software: viruses, exploit code, fake applications, or software that installs itself or changes a user's settings without clear consent.
  4. Spam: sending bulk messages, emails, or comments containing links without the recipients' consent; buying, selling, or unlawfully collecting contact lists.
  5. Illegal content and activities: content or activities contrary to Vietnamese law, for example asset-fraud scams, illegal gambling, prohibited goods, counterfeit goods, trading in personal data, child abuse material, terrorism, incitement to violence, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
  6. Evading checks: changing the content of a destination address after it has been checked, or showing reviewers different content from what real users see (cloaking); layering redirects through other link-shortening services to conceal the true destination.
  7. Platform abuse: creating accounts, vouchers, or links in bulk using automated tools to circumvent limits; sending traffic to random paths to cause overload; bypassing rate limits, anti-bot tools, or blocking mechanisms; attacking, vulnerability scanning, or gaining unauthorized access to our systems or those of others.
  8. Privacy infringement: placing another person's personal data in a destination address without a lawful basis; tracking users unlawfully.
  9. Domains you do not control: connecting a domain for which you cannot prove ownership.

This list is not exhaustive: similar conduct of comparable harm is also prohibited.

If you discover a security vulnerability in our systems, please report it to [email protected] instead of exploiting it.

3. Specific rules for Bio Pages

In addition to the general rules in section 2, bio pages at [name].1go.vn or on a custom domain must strictly comply with the following requirements:

  1. Prohibited content and industries: You must not create bio pages that serve gambling, betting, obscene content, financial fraud, the illegal issuance of or solicitation to invest in virtual assets, trading in personal data, counterfeit goods, imitation goods, or child abuse material.
  2. Prohibition on copying and faking interfaces (phishing/cloning): You must not copy layouts, images, trademarks, or names in order to cause confusion or impersonate any other agency, organization, bank, e-wallet, or brand.
  3. Prohibition on fake verification marks: It is strictly prohibited to use images, icons, or custom blocks to create the impression that a page has been officially verified or endorsed by 1Go or a government agency.
  4. Affiliate marketing transparency: If a bio page contains affiliate links for which you receive commission, you must provide a clear notice to visitors to ensure transparency.
  5. Protection of minors: You must not collect personal data or distribute content that causes physical or psychological harm to persons under 16 years of age.
  6. Reporting channel and handling timeframes: Anyone can report a violating bio page via the report link in the bio page footer, the /report page, or the email [email protected]. We handle bio page reports within 24 hours; reports of phishing or serious risk are reviewed immediately or within 1 hour when staff are on duty. A page or bio name with a confirmed phishing case will be permanently blocked.

4. Automated checks

To protect visitors, we check link destination addresses using the Google Web Risk service and user reports:

  • New or recently edited destination addresses are usually sent to Web Risk (with the fragment after the hash mark and login credentials removed, and query parameters retained). The system also rescans them periodically.
  • New workspaces (under 7 days old): new or recently edited links are held for up to 1 hour until a result is available. During that time the link is not served. If no result is available after 1 hour (for example, if the checking service has an outage), the link is served via a temporary redirect and continues to be checked.
  • Links in workspaces that are not yet 7 days old, or that have not been checked clean, use temporary redirects until they are eligible to switch to permanent redirects.
  • Each workspace has a daily limit on the number of addresses checked; if the limit is exceeded, requests are rejected until the next day.
  • If Web Risk identifies a phishing or malware threat, the link is automatically blocked and a case is opened for review by authorized personnel. If only unwanted software is detected, visitors see an interstitial warning page before continuing.
  1. Automated checks can be wrong. You have the right to appeal under section 7. When handling a case, we do not load the content of the destination page; reviewers do not open the destination link directly.

5. Abuse reports

If you encounter a 1Go.vn link that is dangerous or violates this policy:

  • Click the "report" link on the block page or warning page, or open the /report page, enter the link address, select a reason (phishing, malware, spam, impersonation, illegal, or other), and provide a short description. The report page uses Turnstile to prevent bots and limits the number of reports per hour.
  • Or send an email to [email protected] with the link address and a description.
  • A contact email is optional; we do not send automatic confirmation emails. If you leave an email address, we may reply to you.
  • We do not disclose the identity of the reporter to the link owner.
  • The reporter's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy: the IP hash value is retained for 90 days, and the contact email is retained for 180 days.

Handling targets (these are operational targets, not commitments to pay compensation): the median time from receipt of a report via the report page to completion of our handling is no more than 4 hours; phishing or malware reports are reviewed immediately when the person on duty receives the alert; we respond to emails sent to [email protected] within 2 business days.

Intellectual property infringement notices should also be sent to [email protected], with a description of the right, the specific link address, and your contact information. The link owner has the right to respond.

6. How we handle violations

When a link violates this policy, or there are reasonable grounds to believe it violates this policy, we may take the following measures, and we do not need to give advance notice if there is a risk of harm:

  1. Block the link: the link resolves to a block page instead of redirecting to the destination address. The target effective time is no more than 3 minutes after action by authorized personnel; a browser that has cached a permanent redirect may retain it for up to 1 additional minute.
  2. Block your custom domain on 1Go.vn. This measure does not apply to our shared domains.
  3. Suspend the workspace, disable API keys, and lock the account.
  4. Report to the competent authorities when required by law or when there is serious conduct, and retain necessary evidence.
  5. Refuse or terminate the service in accordance with the Terms of Service.

When choosing a measure, we consider the degree of harm, intent, violation history, and your level of cooperation. For serious illegal content, we block immediately once we have verified it.

We currently do not automatically send a notification email when a link is blocked: you will see the blocked status in the application, or we will contact you via the workspace owner's email when necessary.

7. Appeals

If you believe that your link, domain, or workspace has been blocked by mistake:

  1. Send an email from the email address of the workspace owner account to [email protected], with a subject line starting with "Appeal" and include the blocked link address. State the workspace name, the reason you believe it was blocked by mistake, and your contact information.
  2. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and verify whether the sender is indeed the owner or a member of the workspace.
  3. We review the matter, where possible by a person other than the one who imposed the block, and re-check the destination address.
  4. We decide within 5 business days: accept (remove the block; automated scan results for the same destination address are ignored for 30 days so that the link is not immediately blocked again) or reject and state the rule that was violated.
  5. All block and unblock decisions are recorded in the audit log.
  6. If you still disagree, you may send a further complaint to the same mailbox. Your right to bring legal action under the law is not limited.

Reporters who are dissatisfied with how their report was handled may also send a complaint to [email protected].

8. Consequences of repeat violations

Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension of the workspace or locking of the account. We will notify you of this where possible.
